Bug Description

Unknown if it's the ffffffec error like the others, since this one was too long to show the BUG: line

Just installed new memory (the other kernel panics needed to weed that out as a cause) - so, new hardware, new bug report. I'll link this to the other one. Pictures attached.

Charles Ford, as per http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails?driverId=VCHGJ an update is available for your BIOS (A05). If you update to this, does it change anything?

If not, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

Thank you for your understanding.

Download full text (3.4 KiB)

On the weekend I can put an install of Ubuntu back on it - running
Crunchbang right now and it's not my main laptop. It does have the current
BIOS on it (A05) and I've got several pictures of the kernel panics I've
had on it that I took with my phone, if you're interested. (just wanted to
let you know I didn't ignore the message)
