Bug Description

Upstream has released virtualenv 1.9.1

https://pypi.python.org/pypi/virtualenv/1.9.1

The most important change here is that installing packages from PyPI will now download them over SSL, which greatly enhances the security environment for virtualenv installed packages.

I have a 1.9.1-0ubuntu1 package prepared and tested locally.

I'll fill this out with additional information asap.

Tested locally by installing new .deb into a raring amd64 chroot, then creating Python 2.7 and 3.3 virtualenvs and installing packages from PyPI into the virtualenv. Was able to import installed packages in both virtualenvs.
