"Cron is not running" not displayed in red anymore

In Mahara 1.7, the info about the cron not running normally, is not displayed in red anymore although it was supposed to because it was a new 1.6 feature (see bug #949973). Strangely though, this doesn't seem to be the case anymore even in Mahara 1.6.3 (see the demo site where the cron isn't running, but the message is not in red).
