Add summary creation to embedded alt dist editor

In the Serial Control View, summaries are created automatically with a new distribution. To avoid unhappy surprises, the embedded version of the alt distribution editor should do the same.

To test:
Create a distribution in the integrated editor, then switch to the Distribution tab and refresh the tree. Before the fix, there will be no "summary" leaves ("Basic Summary", etc.) hanging off the distribution. After the fix, you should see the summaries exist by doing the same.

At first I didn't get that this doesn't change the behavior in alt serials control view, nor did I realize that summary creation is one of the side effects of the open-ils.serial.distribution.fleshed.batch.update method, but now I get it.

This works in the serial control view as Dan says, and doesn't hurt the other one at all, so merged to master with thanks.
