Hugin package is out of date w.r.t. upstream

Hugin 2012.0.0 was released in Nov 2012. Updating the Ubuntu package would be very good. Builds of these packages already exist in the hugin/hugin-builds PPA (https://launchpad.net/~hugin/+archive/hugin-builds).
