Correct HP 3PAR Block Storage driver docs

The HP 3PAR Fibre Channel and iSCSI Drivers doc section of the Block Storage Admin Guide contains an extra space in one of the the parameter names, this will cause customer confusion. Also, an extra space is present before the end of a sentence period.

    The HP 3PAR Fibre Channel and iSCSI Drivers doc section of the Block
    Storage Admin Guide contains an extra space in one of the the parameter
