GIMP User installation failed on a live 13.04 USB key

1. Test a daily build of 13.04 on a live USB key
2. Open Ubuntu Software Centre and install GIMP
3. Launch GIMP

What happens : GIMP should start normally
What you get : GIMP show an error message (screenshot_1) : "Could not open '/etc/gimp/2.0/gtkrc' for reading: No such file or directory"

4. Close GIMP
5. Launch GIMP again

What you get : another error message (screenshot_2) : Failed to open file '/etc/gimp/2.0/controllerrc': open() failed: No such file or directory

6. Close GIMP
7. Launch GIMP again

Only the main window launches, without the toolboxes on the left and right sides.
You can use GIMP through the main menu.

Well, I just tested the last daily build on a live USB key. English language, nothing special.
Launched the USC, installed Gimp, tryied to start it, and I got the two error messages as stated above.
I'll try it again in a few days with a new daily build.
