Bug Description

I have Hybrid graphics system Intel - AMD. HP Pavillion DV7 6090ef. Only the Intel GPU works in Ubuntu.
I use a dual monitor setup.

I had several consecutive crashes just after starting my system. The screens when blank for a few seconds without affecting the apps I was running. There was no need to reboot. This never happened before.

Same crashes too. Mostly have to do a hard reboot.

Similar behavior, intermittent lockups (mostly when chrome is doing autoload search bar behavior)

Usually requires hard reboot, sometimes will temporarily hang and return with "System Error has Occurred"
