Don't import sys in glance/store/swift.py

Bug Description

If we tweak how we handle exception handling for the case of stale swift chunks we can avoid importing sys and stashing the original exception.

    Small change to exception handling in swift store

    Tweak the exception handling when deleting stale chunks from the swift
    backend so we don't need to use the sys module or stash the exception.

    Addresses bug 1158342.
