[FFe] Konversation 1.5 (pre-release)

As discussed with upstream we'd like to make sure Konversation 1.5 lands in raring.

Konversation 1.5 is the first release after more than a year and brings an enormous amount of bug fixes and also some minor feature additions. With that in mind it seems worthwhile to push for 1.5 in raring. Konversation is not the default IRC client of any official flavor and as such impact in case of a regression is limited and at the same time the opt-in Konversation users will benefit greatly from the improvements in 1.5.

1.5 is due for release at the end of March so to get the greatest possible quality and additional pre-release testing we'd like to upload a git snapshot of 1.5 right now and continue to push snapshots once a week until the final 1.5 is released. As the 1.5 branch is in pre-release freeze only the first upload needs a freeze exceptions, additional snapshot uploads will only contain further bugfixes and/or translation updates.

A call for testing on kubuntu-devel did not show any obvious issues with the snapshot. At least 3 people (including me) have used the snapshot for more than a couple of hours for regular IRC activity.
