Bug Description

When there is an error adding a DNS record the logging message is unhelpful. Please add the instance ID to the message.

    Adding instance ID to DNS error message.

    Currently the message is unhelpful as it gets lost in all
    the other messages. This adds the instance ID so that ops
    can track down the failed instance and correct it.
