Bug Description

When testing Hyper-V nova driver attaching a volume from a Windows Storage driver (related bug https://bugs.launchpad.net/cinder/+bug/1149467) that needs to insert initiator name in its ACL we've detected that the connector information is not being returned correctly.

We are returning {ip:foo_ip, initiator:{ip:foo_ip,initiator:foo_initiator}} when it should be: {ip:foo_ip, initiator: foo_initiator}

    Fixes an iSCSI connector issue in the Hyper-V driver.

    It fixes how Hyper-v nova driver is returning iscsi connection
    information. It affects the way cinder plugins used that
    information to implement ACL based on initiator_name.

    Fixes: bug #1153975
