grizzly: quantum keystone authtoken config moved to quantum.conf

https://review.openstack.org/#/c/21648 moved a set of configuration options to quantum.conf:

   211 [keystone_authtoken]
   212 auth_host = 127.0.0.1
   213 auth_port = 35357
   214 auth_protocol = http
   215 admin_tenant_name = %SERVICE_TENANT_NAME%
   216 admin_user = %SERVICE_USER%
   217 admin_password = %SERVICE_PASSWORD%
   218 signing_dir = /var/lib/quantum/keystone-signing

These should be removed from api-paste.ini and added to quantum.conf for all examples

    Update authtoken config for quantum docs

    fixes bug 1153475

    As noted in the bug report, these parameters have moved from
    api-paste.ini to quantum.conf
