Bug Description
Using the 20130308 Xubuntu raring amd64 live cd, The "Upgrade Ubuntu 12.10 to Ubuntu 13.04" installation option was disabled, but had the radio button set on it by default. The "Install Now" button was not disabled, so I attempted the upgrade install. The installation did succeed otherwise.
