Bug Description

Binary package hint: konqueror

I performed an upgrade to Kubuntu Feisty. After the upgrade, Konqueror is missing toolbars, most of the menus are missing and the rest are badly scrambled. I am attaching a screenshot. I couldn't find a way to restore the menus and toolbars, so Konqueror is close to useless at this point. It is a serious problem for me.

A couple things to notice in the screenshot:
- The "Help" menu is second instead of last. You cannot see it in the snapshot, but the "View" menu is missing most of its items.
- There is no location bar, no buttons for navigation (and there is no way to enable them)
