no metaquery implementation in HBase backend

Whenever the API is sending a metaquery into the driver it would raise a NotImplemented error.

I'm not providing any tracebacks here as I know this is not implemented. I think it needs to be fixed within Grizzly RC1 in line with other backend drivers.
