Need to remove the namespace_packages from setup.py

In reddwarf's setup.py, the method setuptool.setup() currently accepts a parameter for namespace_packages. I think this is not right. For example, it makes the tox tests run while using the reddwarf code under the .tox folder instead of the original one (under git).

please notice that once fixing this bug, there are minor adjustments that need to be done in .coveragerc and tox.ini (those adjustments are marked within those files)
