update from dapper to edgy, and to feisty fails on courier-base, courier-authlib related packages and isn't possible continue updating

I will need reinstall the ubuntu feisty because I can't continue using. Because the trouble below is impossible continue updating the linux:

Was the Dapper to Edgy update fully complete and successful before you
tried to upgrade to Feisty.

dapper2edgy upgrades are no longer supported since edgy is no longer supported.
Is this still an issue if you upgrade from a fresh install of edgy to feisty?
