Bug Description

I use openshot 1.4.3 from the bazaar repositories and melt 0.8.8. Openshot crashes when I left-click on a clip on a track. The error messages differ or there is no message at all but here is a new one:

At least I did not update it intentionally. I could by the way work around the problem by removing the speed up clip although it was cut out of a clip where the rest did not throw this problem.
Nevertheless I still have a lot of crashes when I have a preview even without this piece.

At first look, you seem to have a problem with libgvfs at this level.
Did you have something connected at the same moment ?

Strange. I don't have that when I crash it and I have too an usb keyboard
and mouse.
Usually, the last item is the cause of the crash.
I don't understand the reason of this crash with the left-click on a track.
Could you give us more details on specifications of this project (project,
files, what do you have make ) ? Perhaps, we could try to reproduce it..

I could sort out the last one. It seems to come from the encoding of some clips. I had several clips directly imported from the same camera but the error occurred for the ones where I increased the speed to 8x. I had done this before in other projects with files from the same camera and don't understand why it was happening now.
As a work-around I used ffmpeg in the command line to increase the clips' speed. Anyway I think that encoding problems should not cause the whole program to crash.

Hum! I'm a bit curious.
Could you use Mediainfo using the Text mode on one of this files ?

Is the next_analyze duration reached thing something bad or the not alligned data? Is there any strace command I can execute to help you find the reason?
