Bug Description
A no-changes build of njplot sent to the PPA builders fails with the following message:
gcc -o njplot njplot-vib.o \
-lvibrant -lncbi -lXm -lXt
/usr/bin/ld: njplot-vib.o: undefined reference to symbol 'floor@
/usr/bin/ld: note: 'floor@
/lib/x86_
collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
make[1]: *** [njplot] Error 1
make[1]: Leaving directory `/build/
make: *** [debian/
dpkg-buildpackage: error: debian/rules build-arch gave error exit status 2
It seems that linker behavior in Raring has changed since the last test rebuild.

The attached patch fixes the FTBFS by explicitly linking libm.
