Bug Description

The function authorize in tempauth.py and keysthoneauth.py is very important and frequently called in swift. But authorize in tempauth seems hard to debug with nearly no logs here.

In this bug, https://bugs.launchpad.net/swift/+bug/1078471, we can only get config file(proxy-server), and little output (just error threw out, without info/debug log). To debug that , I have to catch the codes with guessing and guessing. Compared with authorize in keystoneauth, a lot of debug log should be add in tempauth.
