Bug Description
Colombia is already implementing 4G LTE (UNE) technology and Virgin Mobile is a new mobile provider, so it is necessary to add new mobile operator with its respective configuration.
It affects all versions of Ubuntu
Binary package hint: mobile-
ISP: UNE LTE (4G)
APN : une4glte.net.co
Dial Number : *99#
Authentication Mode : CHAP
Source: https:/
ISP: Virgin Mobile
APN: web.vmc.net.co
Dial Number: *99#
Authentication Mode: PAP
Also, in Colombia the "Comcel" provider of mobile Internet services has changed its name to "Claro," I finished reviewing the list of mobile Internet ISP for Colombia, and yet still see the old operator.
What is required is to change the name from "Comcel" to "Claro", the APN settings are the same
More info: www.comcel.com - www.claro.com.co

I can confirm this bug, as before with some bug similar to this, this bug should be reported upstream and fixed on all the Ubuntu versions currently supported.
