consecutive deleted forum posts for same user should be grouped

If a spammer strikes and floods a forum topic, then entire pages of the topic can become "A post by...was deleted" once the spam posts have been deleted

Grouping the posts would prevent entire pages being removal notices. Instead, 11 posts would be replaced by 1 saying "11 posts by... were deleted"

Bug #1127802 would also be useful to avoid removal notices filling up entire pages due to spammers taking turns.

Forum: group together consecutive deleted posts by the same user

Unfortunately this patch doesn't do anything about the issue of making it so that
deleted messages don't affect pagination. That one turns out to be non-trivial.
