I was able to get around this error by entering in terminal - sudo apt-get -f install
Both packages installed:
python3-pyatspi (2.7.2+dfsg-2)
python3-pyatspi2 (2.7.2+dfsg-2)

This bug was fixed in the package pyatspi - 2.7.2+dfsg-2ubuntu1
