Footer row counts not updating

My fix for bug #1080513 was so effective that it disabled *all* footer count updating, due to an incorrect selector:

($el is already a table)

The fix for this bug must have a regression test.

    Fix footer count update

    Commit 4632aa58ae9d1874f559031f592e2873c0fb4f64 broke the update
    due to an incorrect selector.

    Also adds a qunit regression test for footer count update.

    Fixes bug #1114667.
