app crash on start up

Hello Mixx world!
I'm having a Problem signature with Mixx on start up:

  Application Timestamp: 4f77c5c3
  Fault Module Name: KERNELBASE.dll
  Fault Module Version: 6.1.7601.17651
  Fault Module Timestamp: 4e211319
  Exception Code: e06d7363
  Exception Offset: 0000b9bc
  OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3
  Locale ID: 1033
  Additional Information 1: 331c
  Additional Information 2: 331c014256809b640e9d738e4ac9a8ae
  Additional Information 3: 41c2
  Additional Information 4: 41c2b4073036d6fa0162fd8b71d767aa

Does anyone know how to fix this? Any help would be grateful!!!

What version of Windows do you use (including service pack # if you know it)?

Also, 32bit or 64-bit windows? And are you using 32-bit or 64-bit Mixxx?
