I have kubuntu beta enabled:

By now I received the upgrade to kde 4.10, but there is still no upgrade for plasma-widget-networkmanagement .

If it is not suitable to have this in the Kubuntu Beta Backports ppa, maybe it could be provided via Kubuntu Experimental?

thanks for the reminder. It's not that it's not suited for the PPA's, it simply got lost in our rather long TODO list. I'll take care of it.
