Cannot use impl_zmq

rpc_backend=ceilometer.openstack.common.rpc.impl_zmq

throws:
ImportError: cannot import name processutils

I attempted to refresh the openstack.common stack, adding processutils to the openstack-common.conf, but this just bumped up against a new problem that I couldn't resolve (unable to start ceilometer-collector).

I have an implementation that I'm considering ceilometer for. It's going to be a zeromq deployment and I need to test out ceilometer with zeromq rpc.

I think the collector hasn't support zeromq yet. Please see the bp https://blueprints.launchpad.net/ceilometer/+spec/move-listener-framework-oslo.

    Instead of using a private API only available to the kombu
    driver, use the new public API for receiving messages
    like notifications.
