Bug Description
Having the value of energy_now exposed to userland from the Nexus 7 battery would help energy consumption testing, it would give us another way of tracking energy consumption.

Since the fuel gauge chip on the nexus7 does provide energy measurements, the attached patch adds the feature to access them.
