Session persistence cannot be reset for a VIP.

Bug Description

There's no way to reset session persisrence for a VIP after it has been configured. Even after sending an empty dictionary or a null object through the REST API session persistence is still configured.

    Resetting session persisnence for a VIP.

    This change allows to reset session persistence, if it
    was configured for a VIP. It's possible by passing None
    value for session persistence through the REST API.
