Feisty SRU: lzma --fast gives SetCoderProperties() error

Currently, lzma --fast gives an error such as:
jdong@severance:/tmp$ lzma --fast diffstat
lzma: SetCoderProperties() error

This has been fixed in the Debian -6 release and in Gutsy by a trivial one-line patch

Attached debdiff for SRU. Verified it builds in a Feisty pbuilder, and resolves the mentioned bug.

Nobody tested the -proposed upload and gave feedback here for more than half a year, and I guess nobody cares about feisty universe any more, so I removed the -proposed package.
