Other docks: icons size: not possible to have a precise value (e.g. much bigger size)

I like to have pager on dedicated autohiding panel, set to huge size (about 200 pix for height). I can do it for main panel - there is special variant to do it. But for others only predefined sizes are available. For now i have main panel as dedicated, and launchers on second thing panel. The problem is that taskbar presents only on main panel, and sometimes it growes too much with only 3 icons... i set taskbar to show only minimized, but it affects launchers as well, making then useless for window switching (could be considered as another bug).

Hi,
First, the taskbar is by definition on the first dock.
now, you can place it anywhere, and move launchers to another dock, as you
will.

About icon sizes, you can define the size with some limits in the IHM, but
if you want to bypass these limits, you can just edit the config file. It's
~/.config/cairo-dock/current_theme/cairo-dock.conf for the global
parameters, and ~/.config/cairo-dock/current_theme/_MainDock_-2.conf for
the second dock if you have one.

Hello. Sorry for lack of responce - somehow I missed last question.

Fabounet: Yes, icons may be moved to other panels... but only if they are made persistent. What taskbar itself? For icons, whose applications are not pinned. Can taskbar be moved to other panel? ;) there is no even widget-like object, representing taskbar, nothing to move.

Unfortunately and due to a big lack of time, we were not able to fix this bug...
But I'm a bit lost with this one: is your problem about the position of the taskbar? With Cairo-Dock, the taskbar (the place in the dock where icons are used to monitor running applications without launcher) is always in the main dock. So if you want to move it, you have to move the main dock.

It's about reduced settings detaility for secondary panels, comparing to main.
For main i can set exact absollute size of icons. For secondary - not. Current set of several predefined sizes with one "same as main" is not enough, they need to have absollute size as well.

My proposal is to uniqufy value list for both main and secondary panels. Values list could include predefined, as secondary have now, relative to other panel (not only main - all panels should be in one set, of course excluding subject (referring)), and absollute - WxH, as in icons settings.
