bzr diff and status decend into unknown directories

Since 0.15, it was possible to have "bzr diff" and "bzr status" descend into unknown directories, looking for possible versioned files.

Prior to this, they would only call os.listdir() in directories that were versioned.

There has been a partial fix to make 'bzr status' only iterate into versioned directories, but there is still a bug for 'bzr diff'.
