Bug Description
It would be nice if users could define a range to query for usage rather than just the past month. They might want to check out a quarters worth of data or a year even. This would still allow them to choose just one month, and it could even default to the most recent month. Having a Start Date and End Date with calendar pickers might be a good way to implement this.

Sounds good to me. This model has been around since the very early days and reflects a service provider's interest (e.g. Rackspace) where a month reflects a billing period. We can make this more flexible at this point.
