Bug Description
On precise, any reasonable amount of network traffic on a PCIe 5719C tg3 results in an oops and the NIC going offline until a reboot. See the attached kernel log for examples (grep for "Call Trace").
This is fixed by applying the following two upstream commits to precise:
2c55a3d08ade44a
0b471506712dd73
Both apply cleanly to precise (except for line offsets), and I've confirmed on live hardware with ~12h of continuous upload/download that they fix the problem. Before patching, the bug would trigger within seconds/minutes of initiating any sort of transfers.

To be clear, these commits are present in both quantal and raring, and both those kernels have been tested to work fine on this hardware, so only precise needs the backport.
