Don't redirect to project panel when clicking instance detail page in admin panel

Currently, when you click the instance detail information page in admin panel, horzion will redirects to the project panel. This is not reasonable. A fix is needed for this behavior.

    Fixes bug 1096299.

    Currently, when you click the instance detail information page
    in admin panel, horzion will redirects to the project panel.
    This is not reasonable. This patch fixes this problem by staying
    on the admin panel when clicking the instance detail page.
