Please try with latest ndiswrapper from ndiswrapper.sf.net (1.49rc1 at the time of this writing) and don't forget to run a sudo make uninstall before make install.

Now i'm using Kubuntu/gutsy and i'm experiencing problems using my
D-Link DWL-132 (system freeze), both with 1.47 and 1.48. While
installing them "sudo make unistall" does not start...

I've tried 1.49rc, sudo make uninstall runs, but the system still freezes.

The ndiswrapper version included in gutsy now runs fine.
