indicator-power doesn't show status of UPS

Bug Description

If the machine doesn't have battery devices, then indicator-power will not show the status of a UPS. Which is why UPower being broken with usb-interfaced UPS has gone unnoticed for 6 mos (cross-reference bug #1091702).

The attached patch will allow a UPS to show as the primary device if there are no batteries.
