High Availability miss OpenStack services

At this moment, High Availability Documentation covers only the installation of MySQL + RabbitMQ in Active / Passive cluster.

We miss the documentation which explains how to use Resources Agents for the OpenStack services [2] :
- Keystone API
- Glance API + Registry
- Nova-* without Compute
- Cinder-*
- Quantum (with L3 + DHCP Agents)
- Horizon

I think we can start a chapter "Active / Passive Failover" and continue in the future with "Active / Active".

I hugely admire youre effort here, but it seems a bit premature to mark this fixed while several sections in the guide are still labeled "coming soon". Just my two cents. :)

Actually, this bug is quite obsolete since we are trying to split the sections here :

But you're totally right, it's a mistake to close this one, and I'm going to re-open it to continue the work on Active / Passive section, later.

    Fixed commit of Galera/MySQL for HA

    This is the first commit of information on installing
    and configuring MySQL to use Galera for high availability
    in OpenStack. It should provide enough information to get
    get users going, but may be incomplete. This commit
    includes fixes based on comments.
