ubuntu server d-i installer is blue, not purple

Bug Description

Similar to the older bug #760089, but reverse now.

Raring Ubuntu Server images regressed in color scheme, the background is back to light blue instead of purple.

Fixed, though after this changes to "Fix Released" it'll still need a debian-installer upload before it takes visible effect. I'm not going to worry about this since such uploads are frequent.
