Bug Description

Previously played sound from both speakers and headphones when headphones plugged in, now sound will only play through headphones (does not return to internal speakers when the headphones are unplugged)

there are two amp out (volume controls) at node 0x0c and node 0x0d

this patch removed the bind master hp volume to auto parser (Speaker and headphone playback volume)
