Bug Description
*-list command supports -c option to specify which columns are displayed,
but we cannot specify a column order when using -c option.
"quantum net-list -c id -c name" and "quantum net-list -c name -c id" both show the same result.
Actually I want to display default columns + one more column, however if so the column order changes.
It is not user-friendly to me since it is different from the usual order.
