syntax error in nvp plugin exception handling code

Bug Description

A syntax error introduced in some recent refactoring will cause a 500 error to be raised instead of a 404 if a logical switch is not found on the NVP backend.

The syntax error is in nvplib.py, line 205.

net_id=network should be replace with net_id=switch
