   * debian/rules: remove upstream ChangeLog from dh_installchangelogs, file
     does not exists anymore.
   * Update Standards-Version to 3.7.2
   * Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec

The uploaded package looks good, but Gtk2::Ex::PodViewer is missing:

What I should have said is that podbrowser 0.10 depends on Gtk2::Ex::PodViewer 0.16 and only 0.14 is in Gutsy, so dependencies in the podbrowser packaging should be updated.
