Needs a high contrast app icon

The GNOME developers and designers are aiming to have an highcontrast app icon
for all core GNOME apps in 3.8.

It also needs a thick white border. See the attached screenshot.

For one thing, GNOME Shell includes the app icon in the top bar and the top bar is black so a black on black icon white a white border won't show up there.
