[regression] Window decorations ignore brightness/opacity changes in expo

In expo you might notice that window decorations on the faded workspaces look discoloured. They only look right when the workspace is highlighted.

This is the decor plugin ignoring the brightness/saturation/opacity settings. It's a regression in compiz 0.9.8.0+ caused by the GLES merge (r3320). It's essentially the same issue as bug 1028809 and the decoration artefacts mentioned in:

Workaround: In CCSM toggle the obs plugin (or any?). That will re-order the wrapped drawing functions in a way that solves the bug.
