Bug Description

[Test Case]

1. Enable the screenshot plugin
2. Activate the screenshot functionality
-> Make sure the screenshot border is semi-transparent

[Regression Potential]

Visual regressions related to the screenshot plugin.

Original description:

But good news also: For the first time in a long time (bug 771875) the selection transparency is also not visible on the screenshot itself anymore (which fixes this nasty old-time bug).

It seems the same thing happened here, like for the cube top and bottom caps, which got fixed here:

See also: bug 1048272.

Namely glEnable (GL_BLEND); and glDisable (GL_BLEND); got lost in ?r3201? (not sure if bzr explorer is correct with the rev number).

I tried the patch with quantal (https://launchpad.net/~nesthib/+archive/nesthib/+sourcepub/2827942/+listing-archive-extra) and it restores the transparency. However I still have the blue layer bug.
Additionally, the selection area is sometimes flickering in blue intensity, and this affects the final image (i.e. if I release the mouse at a maximum of blue intensity, the output image is more blue).

@nesthib: Open CCSM->OpenGL and disable framebuffer object to workaround it.

Thanks MC Return, it fixed the output, now the images don't have the blue layer. However I still have a flickering in the transparency when I select an area. I can try to provide a video if it helps.
