Bug Description
Wallch is not able to handle file names/file paths that contain characters like áéíóú and I guess any other non US characters.
(I'm using wallch 3.0 on Ubuntu 12.04)
Sample path: /home/juan/

In the new version of Wallch that we are working on, i can't reproduce that.. If i did anything wrong when i try to reproduce it tell me..
