Would it be possible for you to test the latest upstream kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the latest v3.7 kernel[0] (Not a kernel in the daily directory) and install both the linux-image and linux-image-extra .deb packages.

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tag 'kernel-fixed-upstream'.

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

If you are unable to test the mainline kernel, for example it will not boot, please add the tag: 'kernel-unable-to-test-upstream'.
Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug as "Confirmed".

Thanks in advance.

The mainline kernel does not fix this bug, I have added the tag: 'kernel-bug-exists-upstream'.

Also there were some errors while installing the kernel. I've included an attachment.

Another issue on kernel 3.5.0-19:
When I add "noapic nolapic" on grub, KSysGuard[0] listing only 1 CPU and it is always working 100%. Computer is really slow.

When I add only "noapic" on grub, same as 3.5.0-18. KSysGuard listing 8 CPUs but the first CPU core always 100%.

Osman Çaylak, as per http://download.lenovo.com/express/ddfm.html an update is available for your BIOS (3FCN22WW). If you update to this, does it change anything?

If not, could you please both specify what happened, and provide the output of the following terminal command:
sudo dmidecode -s bios-version && sudo dmidecode -s bios-release-date

Thank you for your understanding.

Osman Çaylak, could you please test the latest upstream kernel available following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds ? It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Please do not test the daily folder, but the one all the way at the bottom. Once you've tested the upstream kernel, please comment on which kernel version specifically you tested. If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tags:
kernel-fixed-upstream
kernel-fixed-upstream-VERSION-NUMBER

where VERSION-NUMBER is the version number of the kernel you tested. For example:
kernel-fixed-upstream-v3.11-rc4

This can be done by clicking on the yellow circle with a black pencil icon next to the word Tags located at the bottom of the bug description. As well, please remove the tag:
needs-upstream-testing

If the mainline kernel does not fix this bug, please add the following tags:
kernel-bug-exists-upstream
kernel-bug-exists-upstream-VERSION-NUMBER

As well, please remove the tag:
needs-upstream-testing

If you are unable to test the mainline kernel, please comment as to why specifically you were unable to test it and add the following tags:
kernel-unable-to-test-upstream
kernel-unable-to-test-upstream-VERSION-NUMBER

Once testing of the upstream kernel is complete, please mark this bug's Status as Confirmed. Please let us know your results. Thank you for your understanding.

Osman Çaylak, regarding your comments:

You are testing older releases to help narrow down the regression.

>"My processor's launch date is 2011. http://ark.intel.com/products/52219"

The release date at this point is irrelevant.

The freezes are not appears on Maverick.

I have Raring installed on my HDD. And I have tested this kernel: http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/v3.11-rc5-saucy/
The freezes are not appears on this kernel without noapic.
But I noticed a sound issue. I have tried a game named Limbo. After playing a few minutes sound has muted. This thing is running with Wine.

If I see any issue, I will write here.

Thanks.

Osman Çaylak, the next step is to reverse commit bisect the mainline kernel from v3.11-rc4 to v3.11-rc5, in order to find the commit that fixed your problem. Could you please do this following https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/KernelBisection ?

Some good revs are not ancestor of the bad rev.
git bisect cannot work properly in this case.
Maybe you mistake good and bad revs?

Osman Çaylak, one actually does it the way in a standard bisect, but act on the information in the opposite way. This is due to how git is not setup in the backend for reverse bisects, only standard bisects.

Osman Çaylak, this bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If so, could you please test for this with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/ .

If it remains an issue, could you please run the following command in the development release from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal), as it will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report:
