Bug Description

I think that Plank should allow to add a new mode, that keeps it shown always, but not over a maximized window, but limiting its maximum size. Something like the screenshot attached.

My Plank version is 0.2.0.716, I use Gala and Elementary Beta 1

Plank already has this. It is called 'no hide'.

When I select "no hide" and maximize a window, this is what I get: the window occupies all the screen, and plank is over the window.

Maybe the problem is in Gala. Added.
